The Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group
Overview
21-25 June 2004 | Geneva -- Pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution WHA56.1, the first session of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the Framework Convention took place from 21 to 25 June 2004. The Working Group was responsible for considering and preparing proposals on those issues identified in the Convention for consideration and adoption, as appropriate, by the first session of the Conference of the Parties.
