Grants programme funded by Bloomberg Philanthropies
Bloomberg Philanthropies awards grants to support the development and delivery of high-impact tobacco control interventions at the country level.
The deadline to apply for round twelve of the grants programme is Friday, 6 July 2012. The grants are awarded competitively.
Launched in December 2006, the grants programme targets low- and middle-income countries with an emphasis on the following 15 high-burden countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Russian Federation, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Viet Nam.
The grants programme is managed by the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.
