Thirty facilitators from WHO, UNDP, GDF, GLC and the Global Fund provided direct support to countries in small country group discussions. Participant countries were at different stages of grant negotiation process, and thus advanced from their respective stages in preparing Monitoring and Evaluation, Procurement and Supply Management and budgetary requirements for grant signature.
