Resolutions and UN Secretary-General's reports
Following the launch of the World report on road traffic injury prevention and the dedication of World Health Day to road safety in 2004, a number of UN General Assembly and World Health Assembly resolutions have been passed which relate to the prevention of road traffic injuries or the care and rehabilitation of those who suffer non-fatal injuries. In addition, every two years, the UN Secretary-General issues a report on progress towards "Improving global road safety".
