Check out statistics guru Hans Rosling in action at the Women Deliver 2010 special symposium on "Technology as a Catalyst for Social Transformation", on 8 June 2010. Using his unique mapping technology, he'll discuss the successes in family planning over the past 50 years, and what challenges are ahead for family planning and reducing maternal mortality.
Join Melinda Gates, co-founder and co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, for a lunchtime conversation about the Foundation's vision and strategy for the future.
Since 1980, "Dr. Ruth" has been speaking frankly about sexual matters on her radio program. On 8 June 2010 at Women Deliver, she will join Nafis Sadik in a conversation about the 50th anniversary of the FDA's approval of oral contraception and what it has meant to women around the world.
