RCOG is unique in the world in that we set the benchmark for the best in women’s health care worldwide and everything we do is derived from evidence-based and clinical best practice
RCOG’s role is to champion the best in Women’s Health care and to support doctors to achieve excellence in their practice of obstetrics and gynaecology. With over 12,000 members, nearly half of whom practice outside the UK, RCOG’s focus is in the development and shaping of standards in postgraduate medical education and clinical practice across the globe.
As a global organisation whose members are at the front line of healthcare practice, the RCOG collaborates with a range of professional organisations and NGOs to raise awareness of women’s health care worldwide.
