Mission statement

Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC) advocates for equitable access to treatment, care and support for PLHIV and the affected. The organization has managed to advocate for access to treatment for people living with HIV in various parts of the country. By so doing TALC contributed to expecting mothers to access PMTCT.
