Travel company "Academservice" will provide shuttle bus services to participants of the conference from Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo international airports to the hotels. To reserve shuttle bus transfer, participants are requested to fill in the form:

Participants preferring to travel by taxi to the city centre are recommended to book a taxi in advance through a company operating with fixed prices that will meet participants in the arrivals area. The approximate cost of a pre-booked taxi from either Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports to the city centre is 2800 roubles (approximately US$95 or €70). Travel agency Academservice provides a similar service, if requested in advance.
