However policy makers need more detailed information for instance on spending levels and patterns for components of health care. This document offers detailed guidelines on the construction of health accounts on reproductive health care and shows how various techniques and approaches can be used to focus on specific categories of spending that contribute to reproductive health, including other antenatal care, child birth and family planning.
