The second session of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control

The second Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control came just weeks before the Convention entered into force on 27 February 2005. The Working Group discussed activities of the secretariat since the first session held in June 2004, as well as budgetary and managerial issues. The meeting was opened to all Member States of the WHO.
