Country contacts for leprosy
This page provides links to lists of country contacts (telephone and fax numbers, and email addresses). The lists provide dynamic links to email addresses using a regular email programme. These documents are saved in portable document format (.pdf). To view the documents, a .pdf reader is required. The contacts are in three main categories:
- WHO country offices and representatives
- National programmes (Ministries of Health)
- ILEP members (NGOs working in leprosy)
These lists are not exhaustive and are subject to frequent change. For the WHO country category, two email address are provided. The first is the general office email, while the second is that of the WHO country representative.
If difficulty is experienced in contacting officials within the national programme, messages can be routed through the WHO country email address, with a note requesting the message to be forwarded to the national programme. For the sake of brevity, only one ILEP contact is provided for each country, although it is acknowledged that in some endemic countries, more than one ILEP member may be present.
WHO would appreciate it if any errors and/or omissions are notified to leprosy@who.int so the list can be updated.
