Japan -Earthquake, Tsunami and Nuclear Power Plant Damages
21 March 2011 - A magnitude 9 earthquake struck Japan on 11 March and aftershocks are continuing. The subsequent tsunami has caused significant damage to areas along the north east coast of Japan. There has also been damage to the Fukushima nuclear power facilities in Okumacho.
