This study will review the development of pharmaceutical products for reproductive health and evaluate evidence on the achievements and lessons learned from drug development for products developed by the private sector, the public sector, and through public-private partnerships. The study will also review the availability of products in developing and developed countries, consider the role of developing countries in R&D of new products, and assess priorities for R&D for reproductive health products.
