Global action plan for influenza vaccines

GAP Advisory Group

The GAP advisory group was established in 2006 to provide recommendations to WHO on the implementation of the GAP.

The specific responsibilities of the group are:

  • to review activities contributing to the implementation of the GAP;
  • to identify key priorities among GAP strategies;
  • to revise and update GAP as science, technology and preparedness progresses;
  • to facilitate identification of funding sources to conduct priority GAP activities.
