Introduction of electronic temperature monitoring devices for international vaccine shipments and refrigerators
WHO training videos for electronic temperature monitoring devices
WHO has developed training videos on the use of 10-day electronic temperature monitoring devices for international vaccine shipments as well as for the 30-day electronic refrigerator temperature logger. All videos are available in English, other language versions will also be available in the future.
There are two sets of videos available. The first set has links to streaming video that is quicker to view but of lesser quality. The other set contains links to the original MOV files. These files are of higher quality but will take longer to download. It is recommended that you download these movies onto your hard drive. You may require additional software (e.g. Quicktime) to view these files.

Further information
According to WHO Guidelines on the international packaging and shipping of vaccines (WHO/IVB/05.23) a 10-day electronic temperature monitoring should be included in each international vaccine shipping carton.
10-day electronic temperature monitoring devices show when, and to what extent, the set temperature conditions have been violated.
