This study of financial access to health services for the poor in Cambodia was conducted by Dr Peter Annear, RMIT University (Melbourne), in collaboration with WHO Cambodia and the Cambodian Ministry of Health. Financial and technical support for the study was provided by AusAID and WHO Cambodia.
