20 April 2014 -- The humanitarian situation in Grimari is worrying, there are 6500 refugees since 12 April 2014. An interagency needs assessment mission is conducted for the humanitarian needs of the refugees. In the area of Carnot there is a persistent measles epidemic with 105 cases for the first 15 weeks of 2014. A joint WHO, UNICEF and Ministry of Health evaluation mission was conducted for strengthening the preparedness in case of a cholera outbreak in the border areas of Cameroon. Medical supplies 230 000 people for three months and support 31 500 assisted deliveries are on the way.
