Codex Trust Fund
Application Procedures
Countries eligible for support from the Codex Trust Fund are required to fill out an application form annually to request support from the Trust Fund. Codex Contact Points are responsible for coordinating the application process at country level. The application must be the result of a national stakeholder consultation involving all relevant and concerned parties. The involvement and sign-off of the ministries of health and agriculture is essential, as is the involvement of WHO and/or FAO country offices. The fully completed and signed application must be sent by the Codex Contact Point before the deadline of 31st October 2011.
Application Form
Countries eligible for support from the Codex Trust Fund must download and complete the correct application form for 2012.
- All countries who are still eligible for regular support from the Codex Trust Fund in 2012 (Groups 1a, 1b, 2, 3a, 3b) should use Application Form A.
- All countries who are eligible for additional support as a least developed country or small island developing state (Group 4) should use Application Form B.
All applications and queries must be sent by the official Codex Contact Point in the country to the Codex Trust Fund Secretariat using the Trust Fund e-mail (codextrustfund@who.int).
