Atlas of health and climate

As the world’s climate continues to change, hazards to human health are increasing. Droughts, floods and cyclones affect the health of millions of people each year. The atlas of health and climate, published jointly by WHO and the World Meteorological Organization on 29 October, includes maps, tables and graphs showing links between health and climate, and gives practical examples of how to use weather and climate information to protect public health.
