- Disease Outbreak News
A database providing disease outbreaks of international concern, searchable by year, country and disease.

  • DengueNet
    Presents standardized data and epidemiological trends. It displays indicators such as incidence data, case fatality rates (CFR) for DHF, proportion of dengue cases that are DHF, frequency and distribution of cases, and distribution of virus serotypes. Data is presented in graphic, map and tabular formats and as free text.
  • FluNet
    An interactive geographical information system providing information influenza activity and isolates.

  • Global Atlas of Infectious Diseases
    In a single electronic platform, the atlas brings together for analysis and comparison a wealth of standardized data and statistics for individual diseases and indicators at country, regional, and global levels.

:: EPR's partners

  • WHO Collaborating Centres
    The Collaborating Centres that work with EPR provide WHO with technical back up to investigate, confirm and control outbreaks of communicable diseases, support global surveillance networks and facilitate information exchange for global monitoring and control These centres support national and regional control activities and provide technical advice to governments.

    A searchable database has been developed on the scientific and technical capabilities of the collaborating centres and partner institutions working with CDS/EPR. It contains the data on their capabilities as well as WHO information regarding designation, terms of reference, focal points etc.
