Public Health Informatics Key Informant Survey
This survey took place in 2008 as an initiative of the World Health Organization in evaluating the requirements and possible use cases for the public health information systems worldwide.
This project is part of a EU funded project on SemanticHEALTH to create a Roadmap for Semantic Interoperability.
This questionnaire focuses on what to include in a public health information system in your country to respond to the information needs of the health services.
It aims to collect your opinions on feasibility and priority of various use cases for public health informatics.
